CÉILÍ NEWS:PARLUS STUDIOS DESIGN/BUILD NEW FACILITY.

 

Gainesville, TX:Parlus Studios of Valley View, TX are building a brand new 18,000 cubic foot recording room in the downtown area.

Chief Engineer/Producer Dick Roth, PE, AES, said "Originally the building was constructed in 1926 and has superb acoustics".The cavernous recording room should be able to accommodate a thirty piece orchestra if needed.Control room facilities will include a balanced mix of state of the art digital gear as well as selected vintage analog equipment to re-create the classic 'warmth' of vinyl recordings.The new facility is expected to open in mid to late 2011.
